"After having been out all day I didn't realize the water heater was malfunctioning until after 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening. I don't have access to the utility closet and couldn't inspect the water heater myself. Mr. Thomas Bentley responded to my maintenance request almost as soon as I hung up the phone. I didn't expect that someone would be able to come out that same night and because I have a bunch of kids I was worried about problems the situation would cause the next morning. Mr. Bentley was extremely polite and professional despite the fact that I had called him away from his Saturday night late in the evening. He came equipped all the tools he needed and also had a replacement part for what he suspected would be the problem. He worked a few minutes and corrected the problem. Although it was probably very inconvenient coming over that night made a huge difference for our family and we are very grateful for Mr. Bentley. He's a great person to work with. Thanks."
